Ford 6.2 = 385*hp / 405*lb·ft torque

Ram 6.4 = 410*hp / 429*lb·ft torque
(Ford 3.5 EB = 365*hp / 420*lb·ft, but only good option is F150 w/pricey HD upgrade).
This is a good point....I tow a 26RR that is similar in weight to the OP (with the toys in it), but I have an Escalade ESV with the 6.2/6sp/3.42 and tow package. With 403HP and 417lb-ft, it moves the weight well. I don't tow in the Rockies, but the hills and smaller stuff I have towed over are handled very well. I want a 3500 DRW Denali, but can't justify it now since the Slade tows it without wearing me out. When we upgrade to a 5er in a couple of years though, it will be a diesel.
