this is what happens when you turn too tight

Got the bumper on the corner of the propane bottle tray. Did not take long in winter for a little rust to develop!

I am sure you can find a take off from an Excursion, then yours will be good as new again! Glad there was no more damage.

that is actually the battery tray - sorry about that.

Anyway, was trying to pull a u-turn and got it to tight. Amazingly the rear of the truck almost missed the fiberglass front cap, just scraped it a little.

Note to self, you cannot turn these things 90 degrees...

Trader 'er in on a 5ver with a Reese Revolution would prevent it from happening again.

lol - well neither of those is happening. One of the nice things about driving a 10 year old truck, when stuff happens, you really don't get all that upset. I chalk it up to a learning experience.

Wow....I didn't know that you could do that driving forward. I will have to check out my rig next time when hooked up. Thanks for the warning.

Last year was the first time I've towed a trailer and that was one of the things that made me worry was how sharp can I turn without popping the WD bars out of the cams and also not hitting something
