Yes the reputable ones do. BUT If you are pulling a multi axle trailer you should always set the cold inflation to the inflation on the tires.
If you have a motorhome you can adjust the inflation to the psi needed to carry your measured tire load on the heaviest tire on each axle +10% and all tires on an axle should have the same inflation.
