Bent spindle and/or axle. Not overloaded are you?

No its not overloaded at all, I take the minimum and havent even filled the fresh water tank. I put mostly everything in back of my truck. Good thing for warranty!

Then your axles are probably on upside down or way undersized. Trailer axles are supposed to have an arch upwards in the middle so that they flatten out under load and the camber goes close to zero. Sounds like your arch may be absent or down in the middle when off the ground and gets bigger under load so your camber increases, moving the contact patch to the inner shoulder of the tires.

A buddy of mine had similar issue with a different FR product. His Axles were get this .... one upside down and one was bowed so badly it couldnt be fixed. they replaced both axles. My tires wore almost bald on teh in and outsides because they only put 40 lbs pressure in each tire and after getting it home to Canada we noticed the error.
go get the unit checked for alignment and other specs.

At least upside-down errors can't occur with torsion axles (or would be immediately obvious) because the torsion arm offset would have the wheels not lining up with the cutouts.

Here we go again...
Inside edges of all tires? Camber.
Crawl under and check what axles you have.

I'll bet that GVWR - hitch weight equals the combined capacity of the axles...
e.g. 7,753 - 753 = 7000 lbs divided by two gives us two (2) 3,500 axles.

Specs
Shipping Weight 5,969 lbs
Carrying Capacity 1,746 lbs
Hitch 753 lbs
GVWR 7,753 lbs

Good luck!

my tires did this and after a small battle with lippert. they agreed to replace the springs and the axles. turns out they replaced my 3500 lb axles with 5200 lb axles. then they replaced the bias tires with radials. they wont admit it but they got a bunch of campers running around out there with shall we say borderline axles under them. I had to almost prove to them was there problem. salem 27rkss. 2014 model
