Titan tank & Husky UBS 5th wheel hitch

I am thinking of getting a Titan 52 gallon tank. I currently have a 2010 Chevy 2500HD CC 4x4 SB Diesel/Allison with a Husky UBS (under bed system) fifth wheel EZ roller hitch.

Anyone know if there will be fitting issues with the titan tank and the hardware for the under bed fifth wheel hitch?

I had tried previously to install the GM wheel house liners and the hardware for the hitch was in the way, thus why I am asking about the tank before I order it.
