Toad questions

I am considering installing a Blue Ox base plate (BX2622) on a 2011 Ford Fiesta. I am planning on doing the installation myself. I am wondering if anyone on the forum has done this installation and, if so, what problems they might have encountered during the process.

I am also planning on using the Ready Brute Elite tow bar and am wondering if anyone has installed the associated cable braking system on a 2011 Fiesta. If so, did you encounter any installation problems? Do you have any recommendations as to where the hole should be drilled in the firewall and how to attach the front end of the cable in the grill area?

Any expert advice would be appreciated.
