We do flat tow it. It’s a 2018 manual transmission so you just put it neutral and in accessory mode. Oh and get all the towing jazz, brake and hook thingies in front.
We got it because we wanted a high clearance lightweight vehicle that could hold 2 kayaks and 2 bicycles. People express their love of their “Subie” but I don’t like this car. It meets our needs however.
Another thing, for any car, I would get a bra. This one is white and it’s so chipped up already it’s terrible looking.
