Tonneau Covers ?
Anyone else out there using a tonneau cover on their truck ? Roll up, Folding or rigid ? I recently installed a BAK Industries Revolver on my new TV. I wanted the flexibility of a roll up cover so far I am pleased with it.

I had a soft roll up on my last truck. Would roll it up when towing the 5er. Had to buy another truck and I really miss it.

Ram came with one. It was something I had wanted for a while and DH resisted. Now he thinks it is great.

I've got a hard top tonneau on mine. Its nice for 90% of my time, but wish I had a tri-fold or roll up. It takes 2 people to remove mine, and my wife isn't one of those haha.
So the flexibility of a tri-fold would be nice. How are you liking the hard roll up?

Retrax Pro for me. I mostly like it but feel like it lets too much water through when it rains heavy.

On my Tacoma, I bought a Snugtop, one-piece, cover and regretted it. It fit flat to the top of the bed to couldn't close it even with something small, like a wheel-barrel, in the truck and removing it was a real chore because it wasn't light so took 2 people.
Last year, when I traded in the Taco for a Tundra, my Toyota dealership had a demo of a tri-fold cover that can be opened on either end (and locked) plus removing it is pretty simple and only takes one person to completely remove it.
While it claims to not be waterproof, I've found only a small amount of rain and snow get in the bed since it fits so well. Since it's black, whenever the sun comes out, snow and ice quickly melt away, even in the winter here.
I don't remember the brand name, though...but can look it up and even post pictures if people want to see it. (It's very hard plastic, probably about an inch and a half thick, so very durable and I don't have to worry about UV damage which is severe here at 7,000 feet.)

The BIG issue with (Snow/Dusty Road Dust) is the Tailgate area! Water has never been a problem from T-Covers (Rain/Car wash/ Driving) but without a GOOD seal around the Tailgate here comes the (Road Dust/Snow Dust)! Youroo!!

I have always used the Leer 700 hard tonneau cover. The styling is usually very nice and they are well made. The styling on the cover for my 2015 Chevy 3500HD is incredible. They matched the lines of the hood to the cover. Several people assumed it came from Chevrolet like that because it is such a perfect match in style and paint.

I have the tri-fold on my new Ram 3500 4x4.
I want to get a rear view truck box camera so I can see my 5th wheel hitch on backup and departure.

I use a soft roll up so that it tucks away in the front of the box when I'm towing my fifth wheel with no clearance problems. Then when I unhook the FW, it rolls out for a nice secure cover.

I think my next one will be something like this: https://www.peragon.com/
I like the style and the color match would be nice.

I have my second Truxedo roll up. Works great, two bars support it midespan. I find it is pretty dry in there. Water comes up through the weep holes in front corner of the box. Other than what Youroo mentioned about dust around the tailgate, could stop with a bean bag type snake along the bottom if desired.
