Tow Hitch Help

I just bought a 2004 Forest River Wildwood travel trailer. Hitch weight is 775,dry weight is 5120 (7775 gross) and the length is 28' - 9". My tow vehicle is a 2005 Chevy Surburban 2500. First time camper here , and need some good advice on hitch setup, best combinations,TW and GTW,etc.

Go with a WDH that has built-in sway control such as the Reese Straight Line Dual Cam, Equalizer (brand) 4 pt sway control, or Blue Ox. With that tongue weight, you will need 1000 to 1200 lb spring bars.

I pull a similar trailer that weighs around 6800 loaded, and pull with a 1/2T burb. Agree about a good wdh. I could use more torque, but it pulls great and no sway. Much better than my old construction trailer pulled when I knew nothing of wdh's!
