Tow Vehicle

We're looking to buy a tow vehicle to tow a 5th wheel that were in the process of ordering and I was u see the impression that a Ram 3500 Dually would do the job. We found a 2012 Ram Dually however when I checked the specs it's only rated to 17,000 lbs towing and the unit were getting is 19,000lbs. It has a 3.42 axle ratio.
Am I missing something?
What should we be looking for?
I wanted an Aisin transmission however they didn't start using it in the ram until 2013.

The 2012 unit was used to tow a 5th wheel.

Looking forward to some advice.

Not missing anything.

You need 14 and up.
Older years had much lower ratings.

Dually Aisin 4.10 gears.

Thanks Kenny, apparently finding Rams with aisin and 4.1 is akin to finding a needle in a haystack, maybe I need to consider other brands.
