I use mine all the time & it works great. I just got back from a 3 week trip from Florida, up through the mountains into GA, NC, TN, VA, PA and NY then back again. It worked perfectly even in the mountains on 7.5% grades. The cruise in Tow/haul coupled with the exhaust brake kept me at the desired speed even on the steep grades, and I very rarely even touched my brakes. The exhaust brake on the Ram CTD is the bomb, I wouldn't get another TV without it.

I use CC under ideal driving conditions. "Tow mode" ON, OD (Fifth gear for me) OFF.
