Towing 4 wheels down

Purchasing a chev Equinox want to tow it 4 wheels down. What's a good towing system and do I need auxiliary brake system? I have a class C forester and have always used a dolly in the past

Blue Ox or Roadmaster are the two top dogs in the towing industry. Both have good systems.

I use Blue Ox, baseplate and tow bar. I do not have aux braking at this time.
