towing a 5er with a toolbox in a short bed.

I don't have a slider, due to the shape of the nose piece and the pinbox I have plenty of clearance to the cab. The tool box only measures 4" above the rails and my 5er rides just a hair under 6" above the rails. Anyone see something I'm missing that would prevent me from using a toolbox in the bed of my truck?

Stay on level ground, because if you are making a turn on uneven ground, the 5er will meet the the toolbox and that will leave a mark. Remember, your hitch does pivot enough to do damage to both the 5er and toolbox, especially if you have less than 2" between them.

Just for added emphasis, My initial thought, when I read the question, was the same as Ed's. Be careful turning if it's even a little unlevel.
