Towing a Suburban 2500 4wd with a new Sunseeker?

Hi All! Merry Christmas!

I have a new Sunseeker 3010 DS. I also do not have a small toad just a 2007 4wd 2500 Suburban. My Sunseeker weighs about 13600 lbs fully loaded. The Burb will weigh about 6500 lbs so together I would be at 20,000 lbs.

My hitch is rated at 5000 lbs and can be upgraded. The GCVWR is 22,000 lbs on the Coach.

Do you guys think I'm pushing it too much? I'd probably be pushing 60 feet in length.

Thanks for any thoughts.

Honestly the only thing I would tow a 2500 burb with is a 3500 diesel.

If your hitch is rated at 5000, and the burb is going to be 6500, you are 1500# over weight. This would add undue stress to your frame and possibly void your warranty.
