Go to tundratalk.net and ask this question in the towing section. Many people there tow a 5er with a Crewmax. One problem with the Crewmax is the 5 foot bed.

Looks like tow hitch rather than 5th wheel is what to go with for a Tundra. Do it just right, and you can haul a space shuttle at a few mph.

A dude a few streets over tows a flaggstaff with his tundra. I never met him, but he takes it out a few times a year.

I have been pulling a fifth wheel with a Tundra since 2000. I currently have a 2010 with the 5.7. I am looking to upgrade the trailer again. With the fifth wheel you should watch your hitch weight. The other factor with the Tundra is the extra deep bed. There are many fifth wheels out there that the Tundra is more than capable of handling. Currently have a 25' that it tows very easily. Looking at the 8526RKWS for my upgrade. If I can just find one in Oregon!!
