F150 towing

I tow a 7k lb 5th wheel. I add set of Timbren suspension springs. Inexpensive and works well

F 150 Towing

I have a 2011 F 150 5.0L, 4WD, 4 dr with full towing package. Pulled a 28 ft Pioneer, and now a 2014 32' Wildwood. Have never had a problem towing. Its a great vehicle.

Sounds like you are in good shape, I always notice a little turbulence when semis pass on the interstate, I am using a blue ox load distribution hitch with sway control, I am running a f150 the same as you have, My camper is actually at about 7,500 lbs. and the truck pulls it nicely, it is actually pretty close to the max for the towing capacity of the truck.
