No experience. But I would treat this the same as if I was putting a bike rack on the back of my camper. I would be worried about how things are riding/bouncing constantly. This would be good motivation to get a rearview camera installed on the camper. Also has the awesome benefit of having full view behind you in traffic (lane changes, etc). But more importantly, if you see the scooter moving around more than it should, you can pull over and check the tie downs before disaster strikes.
