Since you claim you are not a mechanic just take it to any shop does not need to be the dealer and just get it fixed before you hurt someone since you do not have the safety lights working properly on your trailer.
And some states also will have DOT make you test these lights will will ground the trailer if they are not working properly, and that will cost MUCH more then just getting them fixed now!
