trailer brakes

I really feel dumb asking this question but here goes anyway.

I have a 2004 rockwood roo 21ss. How do i know if my camper is equipped with trailer brakes. I just recently found the 2 30amp fuses and wire harness in a baggie. I know i need to relays as well. but if I go through all the trouble of hooking up the relays and fuses if I buy a brake controller will it work on my camper?

Which or what type and size of block relays do I need to purchase?

Thanks for your input!

Hi mrclean667, you asked this same question in another thread. I am going to close this duplicate thread, and move the other thread to this more appropriate category, since you already have a reply to that thread.
