Just signed off on a 2013 831FLSS. Will be taking delivery on 7/20. I have a Hensley hitch to install and was wondering what the trailer coupler height is. Parts guy at the dealer said 22" but he didn't seem so sure. It's a 2 hr. ride to the dealer, so I'm looking for some help here. The measurement needed is from the ground to the top of the ball coupler on the trailer. If I get wrong measurements, it's gonna cost me extra $. Thanks for any help!
