Trailer Mate 5th Wheel Hitch

Has anyone seen anything on this new hitch. It looks like it's well made and has some good features.

Texas 5th wheel hitch, CA trailer hitch, TX air springs, Colorado hitches trailer

I'm looking to replace my hitch within a month and I'm looking at all options.

Thanks,

Gary

I believe it was talked about before on this site, and all agreed it was pretty ugly, but beyond that, no one had any personal experience with it. Maybe someone has tried it since then. It's still pretty ugly though.

I have purchased one.It was on sale 6522ac model. It rides very good.he had to upgrade a couple pieces but pulls good and hooks up good.Only pulled once about 400 miles. It is smoother than the air hitch I had from air safe,Air pin model, bounced up and down and would loose air all the time .We will see how this new Trailermate hold up. Later Ktex

Heh...thanks ktex. And welcome. Sometimes functionality wins out over ugly. Please keep us posted on how this works for you.
