Transfer hitch from one TV to another

Quick question. (probably a stupid one) I'm taking my camper out for the first time of the season. I have the Equalizer WDH. Just bought a new truck. Had a 2010 F150 Crew 4x4 5 1/2 ft. bed, 5.4L w/373 rear. Now I have 2013 F350 Super Cab Dually 4x2 8 ft. bed w/373 rear. Because of the difference in the height (4x4 to 4x2) I can just raise the hitch up a hole to make it higher. Correct?

IMHO, it would seem prudent to perform the hitch setup from scratch, following the Equalizer set-up instructions from start to finish.

OK. Just adjusted the hitch. Moved it up one hole. Worked out good as I expected. Sometimes I get nervous when I over think things. Although I really appreciated your response on this (no one else seemed to give a damn. lol!) I decided to do it without "starting over from scratch". It is actually more level now than it was on my F150. Pulled it home and I couldn't even tell anything was back there. Granted this is a light trailer and I know I could pull an airplane (yeah, right! lol!) with my new truck. But it felt really good. Thanx again Charlie!

You're welcome! I just purchased a new truck & am facing the same issue. However, I do plan to redo the setup; just to ensure it's properly adjusted. There is a difference, tho, as well - my prior truck was a 2004 Dodge Dakota & the new one is a 2013 Ram.
