Truck Mod - Amp Bed Step

Well, I assume it's an "Amp". We got it as a mopar accessory from the dealer after buying the truck. It was installed on the driver's side rear corner and is a very convenient step for getting up to the tailgate.

I like it so much that I'm seriously contemplating a second one just in front of the tire so that I can reach the fifth wheel hitch arm without stepping up onto the tire.

Been looking at these too. Best step makes one as well. Can't believe the price for as simple an item as they are, but what can you do. These 2 definitely seem to have the best design, just hard to believe almost $500 for the pair.

I installed an AMP bedstep on my Chevy and love it. I am not a small guy and it is solid! I paid less than $200 for my AMP through Amazon.

(Chanting) doooooo itttttt!

Seriously- like the other guy said, I'm not small by any means (working my way down from a recent high of 288.5). And it's never given me any concern for holding me. Even when standing on it.
