I am nice!

Sorry Kenny, I didn't proofread before I posted, I would put it back to stock once a year for the inspections, then back off it would go, besides being big and bulky the dpf is fairly easy to get on and off

Remove all emissions and change parameters in computer to maximize power and fuel economy.

I might be interested in deleting and tuning. I don't have to get inspections where I live. Is it hard to find someone to do this without causing other issues?

Not to mention the Emission Controls are there for a reason! Some campers want to have fish to fish and nice treed parks to camp in.

Anyhow, back to the original topic. Very nice choice in truck and looking forward to seeing some pics. You will enjoy how it tows. Keep it stock without tuning and deleting and it will do well for you. It already has plenty of power the way it is.

X2.

It will be fine.

The only reason I would delete, is because of the combination of my climate, and the scr system.

Every vehicle that I have had, that had an scr system, has to be in the shop because of it. All within the first 6 months.

It will do well til one of the dpf sensors goes out and the truck shuts down, or the dpf clogs and you shell out umpteen bucks for a new one, I want one that will do more then well, that emission control is choking your engine and will be the death of it, don't get me wrong, they run good, never had any trouble with mine, just tired of regens, they already do have plenty of power, you don't really get more power tuning these 6.7s, you need to change hard parts on these for more power. But what you do get is a free breathing truck, 22 to 25 mpg empty and 12.5 to 13.5 loaded

Yes it is very hard to get this done, and gets harder every day
