Was just confused, first you say yours were factory set and then you say you set them with them on the phone. I've never heard of them being "Factory set".

The only thing factory set that they recommend leaving alone is the temp at 158°. The factory high pressure is set over 101#. To lower that for smaller tires you must first set the low pressure setting, ie: 50 psi tires, lower to say 45 psi. Once your lowers are set, the high pressure will go below 101 to say 61#. It changes in 2# so setting it on 60# won't happen. 61# is fine.
