It is time to replace the tires on the TV. Many post here about E-rated and LT tires. What is the difference in performance and what would you recommend? We are towing within 1500lbs of max weight, and 2000lbs of payload max. Also for the TT next year.
Most, if not all, of the LT tires I've seen are E rated. When you go to get tires, ask the shop what the load rating is on the tires. This is a better indication of the capacity than the E letter.

Your kind of mixing terms. P, LT and ST (or any others) are tire-sizing systems and "E-rated" is a load range. LT tires come in several load ranges, E being one of them. ST tires come in several different load ranges, E being one of them.
