Ultrafab Odyssey 4000 - slipping?
Ok, new to trailers and electric jacks. When I lower my jack, it lowers just fine. When I raise it, it gets to a certain point, then it just stops. I look into the little manual crank hole and I see the 9/16 bolt just stops spinning.
I then use the socket and wrench to lift it the rest of the way.
I have googled for troubleshooting, slipping, etc....I must be using the wrong term somewhere and need help
Thanks all!

It could be that the circuit breaker is tripping and when it cools down it will reset which is why it stops but starts working again when you go to go back down .
circuit breaker may be to small or may just be bad ?

Well thats just it...it never stops spinning. It goes down automatically, but when I press the button to come up, it slips so I have to manually raise it...
