Have the Reese 16K hitch with rails in the bed. No problems once I cut (4) 0.075" thick shims and took the slack out of the legs where they sit on the rails which tightened up the 4 pins holding the legs to the rails. Before I did that, there was a slight banging when stopping or starting. Once the shims were installed, no noise. I use the Reese Sidewinder Hitch and made my own wedge. Love the Sidewinder as it also allows me to use a modified Undercover hard tonneau cover while towing which covers the entire bed front to back and side to side. If I want the full bed empty, I either pull 4 pins and slide the entire hitch out and sit it on a creeper or hook up to the trailer, pull 4 pins and leave it hanging on the pin box. No problems with rails in the bottom.
