A typical Batt and (2) thirty LP tanks will add close to 150 lbs to tongue weight

Good info and these REAL specs are what I need to wade through. Can't rely on the RV salesman or the Ford salesman. I trust you all much more who have real world experience and it's why I joined.

My wife ain't gonna be happy about that Rockwood 1905 Sapphire edition she fell in love with.

Perfect example of why you should always look @ the door sticker and not put to much faith in a online guide.

No they do not.
The sticker is printed when the unit goes across the scale and there is no propane in the tanks when that happens.
If it's not in or on the camper at this point it is not included in the tongue weight or uvw.

Tanks are included.
Also the battery is not included.

No, you can't. I did, and bought too much TT for my 2013 F150. I now have a 2015 F350. If I would have bought my second truck first (as I did with the camper), the TT would be a 5er instead.

I can see how easy that would be to do.

I must limit my truck choice to a 1/2 ton. The Grey Wolf 19RR toy hauler may work if I can find a truck to handle GVWR of 7574 lbs.

Right from the bottom of the spec page on Forest River website. I quote;

"UVW (Unloaded Vehicle Weight)* Ė is the typical weight of the unit as manufactured at the factory. It includes all weight at the unitís axle(s) and tongue or pin and LP Gas. The UVW does not include cargo, fresh potable water, additional optional equipment or dealer installed accessories.
*Estimated Average based on standard build optional equipment."
