Gotcha beat, only been in one in my life and that was this year in SC and it was open. So put that in your pipe and smoke it!

Maybe not exactly,but when I see the "CLOSED" sign on my banks doors or on my county court house doors, I just turn around and don't try to enter.
I'm for closing this thread. It's ran its course IMO.

No but I don't let the closed sign on the court house keep from using their parking lot either which happens to be perfectly legal here.
