V-nose weight distribution clip problem

Hi All,

I recently purchased a 30 foot V-Cross Vibe. We love our trailer!!! I am pulling this with an F-150 Ecoboost. I need a weight distribution system to be able to pull this properly. With the V-Nose, the clip that comes with the weight distribution kit doesn’t fit.

Anybody here has the same issue? How do I solve this?

Thanks
JD

Are you willing to look at a different system than Reese?

I would call Equal-i-zer but their hitch is supposed to work with most V-nose.

(I'm moving the thread to Towing)

I think my only concern with those clips are they are not "snap up". You would need to lift your trailer tongue an hitch a right significant amount to get the chains on.

Equal-I-zer fits perfectly with no modifications. Just got one for my Windjammer.

That's what is stressing me as well... I will look at the Equal-i-zer product.
