Probably not a Walmart problem; a California problem.
Everyone of our aerial lift trucks at work had one of these ( 780 units) worked great!!

And there is no way in hell i would have Wally World change my oil.

YOU PAY ATTENTION!!!
"Los Angeles County, also known as L.A. County, officially the County of Los Angeles, is a county in the U.S. state of California."

From your info under your avatar...
SOCAL - disambiguation for Southern California.

So, it is pretty easy to believe you live in California and LA county is in California so yes, I paid attention.

And as you attempted to do, I tried to add a little humor to the subject. I guess we both failed.

And sorry it hurts to mention that you live in CA. I can totally understand that.

SO CHILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And I wouldn't have them change my oil either!

Have a nice day...................

Let's not escalate an argument over something of little importance. Let it go.

Tried to get an oil change at Walmart recently and they reported they couldn't get the filter off. Went 2 blocks down to time-it-lube and they had no problem.

The fact that every Walmart in the country. Has a bunch of young kids working at them. It's fine but they don't really give any extra effort either this may be why they couldn't get your filter off. Went to ours once for an oil change took over an hour. Won't do that again. But they did pull the plug and drain it. Just my two cents

Up here in the GREAT white north, Walmart gave up their lub depts and now have a Mr Lube at them. Mr Lube is owned by the same guy who owns Boston Pizza, Mr Jim Treliving.

Friday took my Ram into dealership (Parks Motors) for a oil change. When I got home could smell burning oil. Opened the hood and they spilled oil all over the left side of engine. Looked underneath and oil was still dripping off the frame...
