Water Tank (best practice)

What do most people do when water is left in tank and you hook up to city water for a long period of time?

At some point you would want to flush that system and perhaps shock it with some bleach. Make sure you flush well after the bleach treatment. You might also choose to drain it as thoroughly as possible when on extended periods of city water.

Not being a Boondocker my fresh water tank stays empty all the time.
