Yep, "Reese 400 Single Bar". We used that (and a friction sway controller) with our 3000 lbs Coleman popup for 7 years (~375lbs TW). Worked great. If you have less than 350 lbs actual TW, the Reese mini-350 is also a good choice, having integrated sway control.

I looked a little closer and found the frame under the camper is boxed but the "A" frame is c channel. I'm guessing that is the weak spot Palomino thinks will buckle under a WDH. I have my first trip coming up this week and we'll see how it tows. Maybe it falls right in line and all my concerns are pointless.
