WD\Equalizer Adjustment Help

I took my truck and toy hauler over the scales Friday when I was all loaded up headed to a BBQ competition. Full tank of gas, BBQ cookers, meats, etc.. I won't be travelling this heavy all the time, but when we do BBQs obviously I will be. I need to get more weight on my front axle so I need to add spacers. The dealer that installed my hitch has 2 spacers on there now, and never gave me the extra ones. How many do I need to order to adjust this set up correctly?

What a crappy job they did. My hitch takes a minimum of four and up to eight. I use five. Any right sized grade 8 washers will work.
