I went through almost the same thing with my first TT... got sucked in by the hype that the RV was towable by "today's compact sport-utes and vans". Well I sure didn't like how my Chevy Blazer LT 4x4 (S10-based chassis) pulled it so I traded up to a GMC 2500HD CCSB D/A. Yes, it was "over-trucked" but I sure didn't feel that way when pulling from Ontario to Florida.

And now I hope I still feel a bit "over-trucked" with the new 8282WS... even though FR claims they are half-ton towable, I don't quite buy that.

timanddebbie, looks great and so does the truck.

just wondering about your 20' post. the specs show that the 235BH is nearly 25' tongue to bumper.
is the box 20' long or is that the interior length?
