What angle should the Tow Dolly be?

I have a 1998 Georgetown 34' Motorhome, I'm using a Demco Tow-It 2 Tow Dolly with disc brakes, I will be pulling a 2003 Jeep liberty 4x4 Automatic.

My question is: What angle should the Tow Dolly be in realtionship to the Ball when the Dolly is loaded. Should the dollies Hitch/Bar be straight or at an upward angle for towing.

Thank you!

I would guess as long as the platform didn't drag or the hit the toad when navigating ramps going into gas stations, etc. it would be good to go.

There might be specs for the dolly pertaining to the caster it should be towed at. If the tongue is too high it would definitely affect the dolly axle caster altho, an increase in caster will make it track straight and decrease the tendency to wander.
