Big difference between towing your 21 FBRS and his 33' TT.

IMHO, the E2 is fine for trailers of your size but not for 30+ TTs.

I have the exact same trailer and am using 1000 lb bars on my E4 and couldn't be happier. ride is smooth and no porpoise or sway.

OK I really like the E2 I'll keep that in mind if I ever trade up

With my experience with the e2 I wouldn't hesitate pulling a TT the size of your with it.
