We tow everything with an 2006 RAM 3500 Cummins Duelly.

Advantages: It will tow all trailers I have, No payments,

Disadvantages: My drivers airbag was recalled then same recalled again ( My recall was recalled) Parking lots for small cars can be fun, but rarely a big issue.

What tows your Forest River?

1998 Chevy Silverado DRW, crew cab, power everything, leather seats, 7.4L, 4.10 gears, pulling a 2013 Salem Cruise lite 181BHXL
Pros:
1. It can haul almost anything and more
2. Planning for the future, upgrading TT, or adding a top camper or atvs
3. Price I paid for, $5800
Cons:
1. Gas mileage
2. Its white
3. Wish it had the factory tow mirrors

Just bought a new 2016 Ford F250 (crew cab, 6.75 ft bed, 4x4, 6.2L V8 gas engine, 3.73 locking axle), and a Rockwood Ultra Lite 8281WS.

So far only towed it home from the dealership, and from there to the storage place.

Seems to handle the load pretty easily, and the F250 Lariat is a pretty comfortable ride, with nice equipment.

Fuel efficiency on the F250 isn't the best, but I already knew that. Getting about 12.5 mpg city when not towing, and got 8.5 mpg, mixed, when towing yesterday.

I have a 2012 Ram 2500 4x4 with a Cummins 6.7 turbo diesel, automatic 6 speed, with 4.11 gears and Detroit Truetrac rear.
I got 8 MPG with the truck in tow mode, and 12 MPG with it in normal mode. Also the transmission temp was lower in normal mode. Stock emissions for now.
I haul a 2015 274 BHS.
