I for one don't want to be the test subject for something like this. So cheers to you hoping all is safe and sound at the end of the road.

Better use factory spec tires and all OEM spec replacement parts. Also keep detailed service records and do everything on time according to the factory service guide. Any change at all to a vehicle deviating from it's manufactured state could potentially be used against you in our litigious society.

38' Silver 5vr

I have a 41' Silverback 37BH and would only pull with dully Silver HD3500 Dura with Allison. As some have mentioned, it all about the stability and the ride. Good choice is the dully.

That's not the point- and everyone knows OEM spec parts are not the highest quality. I was being a little sarcastic and trying to state that if you are scared you will be sued for negligence by deviating from what a manufacturer states (tow ratings) you better make sure and keep it EXACTLY stock and not deviate on parts, either.
