Don`t miss lead them on the 900 ft lbs of torque . Its on the 3500 with the aisan tranny only. 3/4 tons still have 860 ft lbs of torque. I agree with you they are pulling sob`s . But I do think ram has a cheap interior

Plenty of all three versions in central NY on the lots. I have a 2017 Super Duty on factory order that I hope to see by the end of August.

Grayfox, I would love that truck too. I see a lot of them on the road, dealers must be stocking them somewhere.

I have a 2012 Ram 3500 limited and there is nothing cheap about the interior, best looking interior I have seen. Not to long ago there was a unbiased test on all three trucks ( Ram Chevy Ford ) and the two guys doing the test said hands down the Ram had the best interior. This could be argued till the cows come home, Ford guys think their trucks are the best Chevy guys and Ram guys the same. I have owned a couple of each and I would buy a Chevy before another Ford but would buy another Ram before a Chevy.

I have a 16 Ram 3500 DRW crew cab and I was shocked with how the interior is. On choppy roads the back seat rattles and makes noise. The passenger seat when empty you can look over and see it shaking along with the console shaking. My 08 chevy with 140k miles on it didn't do that on the same road.(the chevy was a plain jane work truck ) Other than that the Ram Its still the best truck I have ever towed with. Bought it mainly for towing and my work truck. Don`t know any farmers with heated leather seat in their trucks.

My neighbor just bought a 2016 Ram 3500 DRW longbed crew cab, After towing his 13000lb 5r the first time he wanted dealer to give him his 04 2500 Ram back. He claims the 04 will out pull the new one any day. Say's new truck down shifts when it see's a hill coming no balls?

Four speed vs 6 speed. The transmission/computer may be smarter than him. If I could get a transmission to anticipate shifts like that, it would save me a lot of downshifting.

i was in the market for a 3500HD DRW and looking for a used and there was not much around to chose from from, found a dealer in south west Wisconsin
that had 6 used ones sitting on his lot,Runde Chevrolet called up talked to a salesman he told me what he had and where they came from had one that was a local trade great shape owner took great care of it only used it occasionally had another one that looked nice but he said a cattle farmer owned it, so figured it would be more used.
so took a drive one weekend to the one i looked at on line was trashed out to beat all heck leather seats had rips but he had one a cattle farmer had was in great shape had 36,000 miles on it clean in and out not sure it ever got used much must have had a semi to haul the cattle with. seems they trade every 2 years talking to the dealer he said this one had been sitting on the lot for about 9 months and this dealer had about 280 trucks on there lot not sure how a dealer can afford to do that but it work out for me

There's a place in Sanford FL near Orlando that specializes in trucks only. I bought a late model used 2500 gasser there, not thinking I wanted a diesel at the time, but I do remember they had a LOT of diesel trucks of all makes. Thier inventory is nothing but nice stuff. Gibson Truck World. You'll find them online. If you're looking for a newer used truck you could check their inventory.

Boatman , your friend must have a issue with his truck. I have a new Ram 3500 And I tow around 12 -13k . Haven`t found a hill yet that makes the truck downshift or lose speed. Maybe I will when I go from New York down to Tennessee .
