First off, very nice truck. I'm not normally a "red" guy but that color looks great! You will like it!

Don't get real hung up on that payload number. 5,260 give or take a few pounds either way is more accurate, I haven't had mine on a scale but weighed my buddies 2011 CCLB Lariat dually before I bought. Full tank of fuel, just the goose ball was #8740.

It is one of the great reasons to work at a dealer- your choice of product and sometime they throw money at you. Got 3500 off my employee cost on my current Accord.

not only did we pay 12,000 below sticker, got a great trade value on previous vehicle, we bought the 7 year Premium Care Ford warranty for dealer cost, which is about half what others pay for it. Definitely has advantages working at a dealer.

Good- glad they gave you all the money on your trade also.

When we got Clifford, he was traded in when gas was 4.80/gal and customer got a civic. Mama saw him and we took him the next night- salesmen were warned not to show it. We received back 9 lease payments out of 16 paid on our trade, extended warranty also, added backup camara and XM radio- and only pay $800 in interest over life of the loan. And if something needs fixed, it goes to work with me. There are times I really love my job!

That is "Plum" purdy! Of course, I am a blue oval fan too.
I like those folks at Fredrick Ford too. When my business was in Greenwood DE. I bought several trucks from them.

Nice truck. I got mine a couple of months ago and can hardly wait for the season to start so I can see how it really tows. So far I've only pulled the trailer about 8 miles from the dealer to the storage lot. The engine is so quiet, not at all like a diesel used to sound.

I agree with FordHauler that is "PLUM" awesome. I have had 5 that color and a Suburban in the garage to match....

It sure does pay to have wives in great places....mine bought the XLR and we agreed on letting me drop some of her cash on the Cummins too

That's a pretty truck. I do have to say, Ford has the best paint jobs of the big 3.
