Will this suspension work ?

I have a 2003 Yukon Denali that used to have electronic air shocks and I recently bypassed the electronic shocks and went with regular shocks. The shocks are Monroe economy shocks and I have the coil springs , the ride is good but wonder if I can still pull my tt with this. I do use a wdh and my tongue weight is about 450 to 500 lbs. think I'll be ok ??

I would add some of these that insert into the springs.
Wouldn't hurt and you can tailor the ride to your needs a minimal cost.
I had them on all my trucks except my current one that will be off-roaded heavily.
