Windjammer 3025 or 3029 TV

What are you windjammer owners using as a TV? What are your experiences and modifications have you done to TV IF USING 1/2 ton.

Wow! Where do we begin? Upgraded bedroom fan from manual to automatic with remote, installed automatic fan with remote in the living room, keyless entry on both doors, replaced the frosted glass in the doors with matching privacy windows, installed led lights in pantry that come on when door opens, rewired our entertainment system so we can watch satellite, blu-ray or regular tv from inside and outside the trailer, tpms (tire pressure monitor system), upgraded the mattress, replaced all incandescent bulbs with LEDs inside and out. That's all that's coming to my mind right now I'm sure there's a few more things.

We just came back from a little trip thru Michigan, Hartwick Pines and Pinckney Recreation Area (Bruin Lake) we loved it.

Happy Camping!

I have a 3008. It's all a half ton needs to tow. I wish I had a heavier truck.

Have a 2014 3008, had to have axles replaced, clearance in wheel wells was only 1 inch 3/4. Other than that it has been a great trailer. We pulled with half ton for 2 years, it did ok but struggled on hills. Bought a new 3/4 ton chevy this year, the difference is night and day.

3500HD GMC Duramax currently but started with a 1500 5.3 GMC. Upgraded tires to D's, added TPMS, 32" TV in bedroom, Tailgater satellite, and lots of other toys.

Also upgraded to LR D after the first 50 miles. Added TPMS, Progressive 50 amp surge protector, best money I ever spent besides the tires.

We pull our 3025 with a 3500 GMC. ... but we also carry a Polaris Razor.
Few upgrades include a 2" lift, e load tires, TPM, rear view camera and a better mattress.
Love the trailer but wished it had more "big" item storage.

Hi, I have the 3008 and have towed it since Feb. 2012 with my Toyota Tundra. No mods were necessary. I have been in many locations and as high as 9,000'. I can set the cruise control at 55-65 mph and the truck handles it just fine even at the high altitudes and up the grades. I have loaded the truck with lots of gear and a hefty load in the trailer. The Toyota doesn't seem to mind at all.
