2015 Charleston 430BH - Accessing Plumbing to Hot Water Heater

I'm on the road in my 2015 Charleston 430BH. Everything was going great until I noticed the bedroom carpet getting wet at the rear of the room.

After some troubleshooting, it appears the leak is in the plumbing that runs under the closet floor. There is a gap between the closet floor, and the engine compartment - the HWH feed and return lines are routed in this gap. The water is leaking from the plumbing in this gap, collecting on top of the engine compartment cover, and then running onto the bedroom floor. I've shut off the manifold cold water feed to the HWH, and everything is drying out - gotta love manifolds!

I checked the rear of the HWH, and all the plumbing is tight and not leaking...

Does anyone know how to access the plumbing under the closet floor? It appears the closet doors will have to be disassembled to get in there, but I don't want to do it if the floor will not be removable.

Any advise would be appreciated!
