AC airflow

I have a 2014 430BH my question is; the ducted air-conditioning; it seems that the air flows out of the center where the air-conditioner is and the ducts are the return; is this the proper seems to me this is backwards. Thanks in advance

I too had some issues with airflow until I checked to make sure the grids on each ac was closed off to divert the cool air thru the ducts. You may want to confirm these grids are closed off (look for small lever on grid).

The cool air coming from the center of the AC unit is the 'quick cool' feature. Like statdoc1 said, look for a lever or slide to close the louvers on the AC unit and you should feel cool air coming from the ducts.

Thanks guys; I'll try that. I just noticed no flow through the ducts & seemed odd.

My Rockwood arrived yesterday, and the AC was the first thing we turned on. The vents were blowing, but the trailer wasn't cooling. I finally noticed those intake vents were closed, and opened them up. THEN the trailer got much cooler.

Odd design, I wish there was better documentation on this stuff.

I have a gas like smell that has started to be emitted through the rear AC units. Just started happening on my '14 bh430. Anyone else had this issue?
