Atwood water heater

Any advice? We have a 2016 Charleston with an Atwood water heater. We've had problems with it off and on and we know he previous owners also had issues. We had a part replaced under a recall and water has been working pretty well. All of a sudden it stopped working again. The ignite failure light isn't blinking and I have no idea why it's not working now.

Is this by chance a tankless/on demand type Atwood... as I am not totally familiar with their inside controls as opposed to a tank type?

I do know that the on-demand type usually has to have a certain water flow rate in order for the burner to come on, and we have had several members encounter that problem.

It is the tankless type. And we have been at the same campground for several weeks with no issue

Did you reset it? There is a small black button upper left hand corner.

There is also a small black tube that vent to thru the outside cover. Make certain that tube is clear. Often dust or bugs will clog that and prevent ignition.

Last time I had an issue, the tube was block which caused the reset to trip. Took me a couple hours to find the reset button and 2 seconds to push it.
