Gaudy clock on the wall
We just purchased a 2016 Charleston 430 RB and we can't figure out how to remove the gaudy clock on the kitchen wall. We thought we would just live with it, but since we are retired, we really don't care about time......but even so, it must be battery operated and removable, because the time hasn't changed since we got it.....would rather take it off the wall and replace with a painting or portrait, but don't know how and don't want to damage anything.... Anyone know?

Try rotating CCW about a quarter turn.

So congrats, we like our Charleston 430 RB. What came on your 2016 for a satellite dish or a dome?
Thanks

It on the wall with Velcro on the bottom, also the battery is not installed. I had to have a tech show me, afraid I would pull out the wall.

It is not a special RV clock, you can replace it with a clock of your choice. Just add a piece of velcro on the bottom and you will be good to go.

CCW
I don't know what a CCW is, but the clock face doesn't turn and the entire clock doesn't turn.

Thanks, but we don't really want a clock at all, my husband has been retired for almost six years and he hasn't had a watch on or set an alarm clock since.....a picture might be nice though...

CCW is counter clock wise. Try pulling gently on bottom of clock they are usually attached there by Velcro.

A King Dome came on ours, but we are having a little trouble setting it up with our Dish receiver, guess we will call Dish tomorrow and have a professional installer come do it.

Leave the Velcro - You can use it to hang your mother-in-laws picture (when she visits) - and then remove it.

Gaudy clock on the wall
Thanks everyone, we got the clock off, it was the Velcro and a screw at the top. We are going to replace it with a picture, we will post that soon and see what you all think. Thanks again

Gaudy Clock in the wall
Thanks Ford Idaho. We just didn't want to tear anything up, this coach was not inexpensive, and we worked hard for the money to get it, so we were afraid we would tear up the wall.......but thanks to this forum, we didn't. We will replace that gaudy clock that a blind person could read with a nice picture from our travels and enjoy it everyday...we will store the clock for if and when we trade this coach, but we are hoping that won't be for quite some time. Thanks again everyone on the forum.

We have the same coach. The clock is Velcroed to the wall. It will come off by gently pulling it until the Velcro pulls away. There is a fixed piece of wood behind the clock that is used to mount and hang the clock but the Velcro holds it steady from movement. It is battery powered so therefor probably why not working.
