How do you sanitize your water system? On our previous coach, a Discovery, it was very easy to pour bleach into the intake. However, on the Charleston, the only intake is via a hose connection. Do you just trying pouring your bleach into the end of a hose and then force water through to get it into the system? Seems like there has to be an easier way?!

Just did mine yesterday. Pouring the bleach in the water hose is the only way to get it into the fresh water tank. If you use the antifreeze siphon tube at the water pump to put the bleach into the lines, you are not getting it into the fresh water tank or the line from the tank to the pump. Wear rubber gloves while pouring the bleach into the water hose.
I just run water from the house through it, it has chlorine in it already.

So with an 86 gallon tank, about a cup and a half of bleach? Might be difficult to get that much in the hose. Guess that's why the gloves are important!

Let the water/bleach sit in the tank over night, then flush everything till you no longer smell the bleach.

Try a water hose Ventury pump. it works like a soap dispenser on a car wash brush, or a miracle grow applicator. It uses the flow of water to create a vacuum and draw liquid up a tube and blend it with the water. look up "water hose Ventury pump" on Google
