New Owner

We just purchased a 2013 used Charleston w bunks. We love our coach!
I need some help getting the awning for above the door to open and also how to use the keyless entry on the handle.
Thanks in advance.

The switch should be on the right as you go in the door. Eye level if standing on the ground. Lower dash.

I went and looked and the series of switches that are eye level are cargo light, hall light.
Nothing to do w the awning.
Any other suggestions?? Maybe on a remote?

In the cabinet

Look in the cabinet above the passenger seat up high. Switches for both awnings are in there.

I see both switches.
The top one that has on/off, then retract/ extend and the third is motion.
Below it is another awning button that says in and out but does not go to anything.
Have checked the fuses.
Not sure.
